What exactly is your question, Thomas ? is it about what an RD is, or is it about the criteria for being awrded the "outstanding RD award" ? for the first, you should simply visit the regional director's site at http://www.microsoft.com/rd, and for the later, it is an anual award that is given to RDs that are thought to be doing something good... I don't even actually know what the exact criteria are... any way, this posting was targeted at the anti-suckiness club, and they off course know what an outstanding RD is, since they have been awarded...
