Well, maybe not a tie, but still very unlikely we'll know who won anytime soon
With Ohio being too close to call, and the military and provisional ballots being decisive in that State. And you know what ? those votes won't be counted until November 13th. With the delay in counting votes in IOWA, I don't think there is anyway we will know the result this morning (not only Bush has to carry Nevada and New Mexico, which is possible, but he has to carry two out of Minesota, Wisconsin, Michigan and Hawai)
